This Refund Policy constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Brand Wall Pro ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing the refund of payments made for digital products and services purchased through our platform.
Refund Period. The seven (7) day refund period shall commence on the date of the original transaction as recorded in our payment processing system. Refund requests received after the expiration of this period may be denied at the sole discretion of the Company.
Method of Refund. All refunds shall be issued using the original method of payment. The Company shall not be responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions in processing the refund to your account.
Currency and Fees. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction. Any currency conversion fees, bank fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by the Company.
Digital Products. Due to the digital nature of our products, you acknowledge that you will retain access to any downloaded materials until the refund is processed. Upon processing of a refund, your license to use the purchased digital products shall be immediately terminated.
Abuse Prevention. The Company reserves the right to refuse refund requests that appear to constitute abuse of this policy, including but not limited to repeated purchases and refunds, or requests made after substantial use of the digital products.
Modification of Policy. The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
