• Try uploading a higher resolution logo with better contrast

I can't download my backgrounds

Make sure your browser allows downloads and try using the "Download All" button. If issues persist, contact support and we'll email your files directly.

How do I access my previous orders?

All your orders are available in your account dashboard. Simply log in and visit the "Orders" section to view and re-download your backgrounds.

Can I get a refund?
